1x Per Week Training

You consider yourself a fitness veteran and need a weightroom refresher, want to maintain, and/or simply crave more variety in your current workout routine. Y
ou’re also willing and able to work out an additional 2-3 days per week on your own.

2x Per Week Training

THIS ONE’S FOR YOU IF:
You’ve dabbled in cardio, group fitness, or team sports; you’re bored and/or have hit a progress wall; and you want to slim down and tone up. You’re also willing and able to work out an additional 1-2 days per week on your own.

(1) You’re a fitness newbie and just walking into a gym makes you nervous; or (2) You want to up-level your strength, stamina, and physique and fast; OR (3) You’ve never been able to stick with it unless someone’s there to push you and tell you what to do

Some need-to-knows:

→ All sessions are held at TruFit Personal Training Studios, located at 610 Davis St. in Evanston, IL.

→ We’ll agree to a set weekly schedule, but we may not finish your plan within 3 months due to illness, vacations, etc. Any unused sessions will either be rescheduled for another day that same week or tacked onto the end.

→ I accept cash, check, Zelle, and credit cards.

→ If you want to continue training with me once 3 months are up, we can switch you to a month-to-month plan.
